Bach Flower Stock Essence
Core emotional state
Temporary overwhelm, pressure, and self-doubt under the weight of responsibility.
Traditionally used when
Traditionally associated with capable and responsible people who usually manage much well, but who pass through moments of overload in which the weight of duties suddenly feels too great. It may fit when a person feels temporarily unable to cope, inwardly strained by expectations, or discouraged by the fear that they cannot carry what life is asking of them. This is not a general lack of ability, but a passing state in which burden and responsibility overshadow confidence. Your source material links Elm with states of overload arising from responsibility and tension.
