Bach Flower Stock Essence 100 ml
Core emotional state
Attachment to the past, nostalgia, and difficulty emotionally moving forward.
Traditionally used when
Traditionally associated with people whose emotional life remains strongly tied to the past—former relationships, lost times, old homes, missed opportunities, painful memories, or unfinished emotional experiences. It may fit when a person idealizes what has passed, struggles to let go, or feels inwardly unable to digest and integrate past events. Mechthild explicitly describes Honeysuckle as saudade do passado, nostalgia, and difficulty releasing old places, people, and lived feelings.
Reflective questions
Am I living more in memories than in the present?
Is part of me still emotionally tied to something I have not fully let go of?
Short support sentence
Traditionally used to support a more peaceful relationship with the past and a fuller return to the present.
