Order Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process:

Orders containing personalized or custom-made products cannot be canceled once production or preparation has begun.

If a cancellation request is received before production begins, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.

Once a personalized product has entered production, the sale becomes final and no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Orders containing only ready-to-use products may be eligible for cancellation only before shipment.
Please ensure all order details, personalization information, and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds – Ready-to-Use Products
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
All UNIFLOWERS USA products are natural, handmade, and produced strictly on demand. Each item is individually manufactured only after an order is placed, meaning we do not keep products in stock.
Every formula is carefully prepared one by one, following all the principles, procedures, and ethical standards of Bach Flower Therapy, ensuring quality, safety, and energetic integrity.
Because these products are custom-made, artisanal, and therapeutic in nature, returns and refunds are not possible once the order has been processed and shipped.
We strongly recommend reviewing all order details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, our team is available to assist you prior to order confirmation.
Personalized / Custom-Made Products
All personalized or custom-made products are final sale and non-refundable.
These products are created specifically according to the customer’s request and cannot be resold or reused. For this reason:

This applies regardless of delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unrecognized shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping Address Responsibility

Refusal of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items
